Q. Do you have a storefront?

A: No we don't. We operate from a warehouse, where we process and package orders on a daily basis.

Q. Can I collect my goods at the warehouse, and save on shipping?

A: No you cannot. The premises is not designed for members of the public, and we do not work according to fixed business hours. This is done to keep business costs to a minimum, thus allowing us to offer deeply discounted prices.

Q. Can I pay by credit card?

A: Yes you can. It is the preferred method of payment. Expect to see the name Dialmark on your credit card statement.

Q. Do you have any dried meat products for sale?

A: No we do not, we are not a butchery.

Q. Do you sell any expired products?

A. Not as a rule, but yes we do, from time-to-time. These would be non-perishable goods only, and are listed as "specials" and "expired". Expired goods are perfectly safe. Expiration dates are purely voluntary dates supplied by the manufacturer, and are not a legislative requirement. For more information read

Q. Is there a minimum order value?

A. Yes. We have set the minimum order value at $50.00. There is a cost associated with processing and packaging. It doesn't make sense to process, package and post small orders.
